Farhad came to our rescue! Our ice maker in our refrigerator stopped working. I found 4wires through Google reviews and it was highly rated. Went to their website and was easily able to make an appointment. Farhan came to our house on a Monday and clearly articulated the issue, and that a new ice maker was needed. He ordered the part and returned Wednesday that week with the part. Within 30 minutes the part was replaced. He also informed me of maintenance I could do moving forward to avoid other problems with the refrigerator. We will be using 4wires for any appliance issues moving forward.

Farhad and his partner were professional, friendly and thorough. They were able to come out quickly to complete our installation. The price was fair. They accept all forms of payment. We definitely will use them again if the need arises and will be referring them out.
