We have used TBM several times. The first was via Costco, but we’ve done direct business since. The latest installation and repair was smooth as usual. Their installer and repair guy Eric was awesome.
I wrote a review yesterday concerning no follow up from 3 Blind Mice and my defective cords on my shades. Today I received a call for Robyn, the project manager. The individuals that i talked to are no longer with the company. She apologized for what transpired as she had no idea I was even having troubles and if I have any more problems to notify her. So I wanted to clarify what happened. Should have reached out to someone else in the company.But I stand by my complaint about the design on the pull cords. Otherwise the shades are good.Virginia Holder
From the very start, representative has always explained the process of ordering through completion of project. They have notified us as it progressed and has to approve them. At the final completion of project, Camryn installed the shutters and made sure he explained and did the job well and more than that. He was exceptional and honest and helpful in all he did. He is definitely an asset to the company.
