“I needed something quick and found Emily Chiu after having lunch at Tam’s next door. I loved the shampoo, conditioner, and other hair products she used, especially paired with her relaxing massage. She then took her time cutting my short hair into layers. I could tell she has a lot of experience because instead of using a razor to thin the layers, she used scissors. After blow-drying my hair, she went back to even out the split ends.

Although her styling didn’t fully meet my expectations, I appreciate that she cut my hair in a way that perfectly suits my face shape, especially with my prominent jawline. Moreover, she mentioned that the haircut would last for two months, which saves me both time and money. I will definitely return to Emily for my next haircut!“

“If I could give this hair salon 10 stars, I would. Mimi is the best! She gave me an appointment the next day because it was an emergency. The ladies are all kind and nice, they treat you like family. Mimi did a weft extension with braids which turned out to be so natural and beautiful. This is the best method for hair extensions and not too many hair stylist are doing it because you need to know how to braid in a special way so the extension actually stays in. I was very satisfied with the results and the service was excellent. She even checked in with me after to see if everything is well with the extension. I will definitely come back! They also have a nice selection of beauty supplies on a very affordable price, which is a plus.“

She really knows what she's doing, and checks in with you about the amount of pressure she is using. She is also an incredibly kind and caring soul whose presence is so soothing. She really loves helping people relax and feel better, and it shows. She creates a relaxing environment with dim lighting, white noise, and peaceful music softly playing. “Incredible studio with locations in LA and OC. I booked them as my third wedding trial after not liking the first two. They were incredibly receptive to my requests, and absolutely DELIVERED! I happily booked them for my wedding makeup, plus my mom, MIL and grandmother. They run the gamut from full Korean style makeup to Western makeup -- I was somewhere in the middle!
