Nicole has been my go-to hairstylist for years, and I truly wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair! I have so much confidence in her that I don't even need to tell her what I want—I know that whatever she does, I'll absolutely love it. She takes her time and puts so much care into every appointment, and our conversations always make the time fly by. I leave the salon feeling beautiful and more confident every single time. I’ve been going to Nicole since 2016 and followed her to Agence when she moved there years ago. I can’t say enough good things about Nicole! She has great communication, keeps expectations realistic, and always delivers! And I say that as someone with naturally black hair who lives to be blonde…and then wants go dark again…and back to blonde lol. I’ve gotten haircuts, highlights, extensions, and everything in between.
Agence is also a great salon - everyone is always nice and the vibes are always very chill. The decor is very chic. Even the furniture in the bathroom is super cute.

Nicole is my girl and she is AMAZING!! I have been going to her for a little over a year now. She somehow knows exactly what I color/style I want/need even when I have a hard time articulating it (usually a color in the copper/brown/gold family). She is an excellent communicator and clearly explains what we are going to do to my hair to achieve my desired goals. I have total trust in her! She makes sure the color always looks good with my skin tone, curl pattern, and even when it is straightened. The fade out process is easy. It always fades beautifully.
