I needed something quick and found Emily Chiu after having lunch at Tam’s next door. I loved the shampoo, conditioner, and other hair products she used, especially paired with her relaxing massage. She then took her time cutting my short hair into layers. I could tell she has a lot of experience because instead of using a razor to thin the layers, she used scissors. After blow-drying my hair, she went back to even out the split ends.
