“Excellent service and even better pricing. They are prompt - both in responding to communications and in arriving for the scheduled service time. I had 5 ceiling fans with lights installed and it only took John and his son 1 hour! Our house did come pre-wired for fans and the holes were already cut, so this was a very simple and straightforward job for them, but I was still blown away that it only took an hour. (We had someone else install 2 of the same ceiling fans in a different area of the house awhile back and it took that guy a solid 3 hours).
Even better, The price was lower than any other quote I received (I got quotes from 5 other companies).

“I can not even begin to say how unbelievably happy my husband and I are with the work that M.I.S. Construction has done for us. The company replaced my roof in in less than 4 days (this due to inspections with no issues of any kind). This included removing 1 large and 1 extra large skylights and replacing them with Solar Tubes. Painted my the outside of my whole house and replace a huge double door with a beautiful single door (had to build the frame for the new door as it was about 4" smaller than what was originally there).They replaced my 2 fences on both sides of my house including the retaining walls. So many of my neighbors have been shocked at how good the house is looking.Last, but so very important. Everyone of people who have come to my house have been so kind and just wonderful to work with and made this construction whirlwind so much less stressful for us. So is you want quality, professionalism, quick response to your phone/text messages and a really great time frame, then you want to call M.I.S Construction.
