Took a restore yoga class with my 11 year old daughter. We both really loved the instruction. I’ve never used blocks or a bolster before and both enhanced the yoga experience. I definitely recommend.

I am very new to Yoga and was hesitant to sign up. I visited the Yoga 6 studio in Roseville and I was greeted by the front desk staff and the yoga instructor. I knew this was for me! The instructors are amazing and so kind. They walk you through every move which is so helpful for a new person. The variety of classes are great too.

Great, clean studio with amazing instructors and a class schedule that works well for weekend and evening classes. I always leave feeling like I was pushed to do my best and love how the instructors truly care! Shout out to Julia for her sculpt & flow classes always being killer.
