This place is ridiculous. Twice I had an account there and froze my account Because I was unable to attend the club due to being out of town. The staff did not freeze my account which is not of my doing and I acquired a collections bill from them that I knew nothing about I was welcomed to back a third time with no mentioning of any collection account After attending for two months, they suddenly froze my account took my money and did not allow me to access the Club saying that I owed a previous balance and that it was my fault when it wasn’t. I was charged as a new member $160 for me and my son but then denied access to the Club The assistant general manager was very rude and was not willing to admit that it was their fault. The account was not frozen. I should’ve been made aware before even being allowed to sign up that there was a past balance Now they have the nerve to send me text messages asking how my experience is in the club as if I’m still a member

I am actually not a fan of gyms in general. I can tell you Villa sport is next level. It has a different vibe. Staff is always nice, the machines are clean and it smells fresh. Great classes and I have an excellent trainer that I see three times a week.

This is the quality you can expect when you join a fancy gym. I have been complaining to Managment for months with empty promises they are working on it. Maybe this will get their attention 🤷♂️

Club is well kept and if any issues arise just mention it to the front desk or managers and they take care of it. The fitness floor is clean and not terribly crowded.

Terrible workers who do not want to help at all. Two expensive thermoses were stolen from me here. My friend and I were the last ones there, and one of the employees was waiting for us because it was already 10:30 PM. I honestly suspect that the employee may have stolen them, because I called the manager and asked her to check the security cameras to see who left with my thermoses, but she refused and did not want to help. I told her I would leave a bad review, and she said, “Go ahead.” This is the worst customer service I have ever seen.
Also, they charged my card twice, and I consider this fraud. I called them and told them to give me my money back because I only paid once, but they charged me twice. They told me they could not return my money. I was very upset.

Their policies are honestly ridiculous and completely one-sided — there’s basically no benefit for members. And the people working there are very inexperienced. The first day I tried to become a member, I spent hours there trying to get everything done, but they couldn’t even complete the process. I had to come back another day and waste even more time.
They also don’t offer any guest passes at all. If you want to bring someone with you, you have to pay for it, even though almost every gym allows guests to come for a short trial period so they can decide if they want to become members. One night I wanted to bring my husband with me, but because he wasn’t under my account, they said I had to pay $30 just for one visit.
Another ridiculous thing was when I needed to travel. I had just recently become a member, and suddenly I had to go away for a month. I asked them to freeze my account temporarily, and they refused. They told me I would have to cancel my membership completely and then sign up all over again when I came back. That made absolutely no sense to me. Especially considering it already took me two separate days just to become a member because their staff didn’t know how to process things correctly.
I’ve been a member there for almost two years now, and honestly I really don’t like it. Every once in a while the women’s jacuzzi stops working, and on top of that, I’ve seen cockroaches in the women’s area more than once, which is honestly disgusting.
The only reason I stayed was because it was close to both my work and my home. Thankfully, I’m moving away from that area now, and I’m really happy that I can finally spend my money somewhere I actually feel satisfied with.

This review is only for the non member swimming lesson experience I had, not for the gym itself. I signed my 5 year old daughter up for just 4 lessons. The person we signed up with was nice but I’m not sure if they were new and didn’t know what they were actually doing, didn’t care, or just didn’t pay attention enough (or all 3 tbh) but my wife and I thought this was a stressful experience overall and we don’t recommmend it for swim lessons. Also at another highly rated swim school in the area, which we have since moved to, they take time to debrief and communicate with us.
