Went in on Monday thinking I had pneumonia. They listened to my chest but didn't take any x rays and brushed me off and told me it was just a bug going around and then then went to a different doctor today and guess what I have fucking pneumonia. How am I smarter than a doctor who went to fucking school for this it's not that hard. You just have to fight for yourself so hard in the medical industry to get any real help because everyone is so lazy.

I visited Carbon Health on the same day I needed medical attention. The staff was incredibly nice and professional from the moment I walked in. They answered all my questions thoroughly and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I highly recommend them for anyone in need of prompt and professional medical care.

Very disappointing customer service and extremely poor communication. My wife needed x-rays and we knew that that they were open until 8 pm. We arrived around 4:15 pm and got checked in and taken to a room. After waiting for a bit, we were told a few minutes after 5 pm that that x-ray technician had just left for the day at 5 pm. The staff should have communicated that to us when we checked in for transparency. They knew at check-in that we were there for x-rays. Instead both their time and our time were wasted.
