I have used United Plumbing three times. Each time they came when they said they would come, they fixed the problem, charged what I thought was a fair price and they were very polite.
This is the third time I'm using United Plumbing Services. The first 2 times was fixing my water leak and replacing my house's water regulator both job completed perfect. Here is the detail of my third service request: ========================== My 9 years old gas tank water heater is keep making noises(cracking noise) and it sounds serious. I called my home warranty company and their vendor suggest a replacement instead of flushing it since all the sediment has been accumulate for so long so flushing it won't help then I asked the price for the vendor it was $1985 for a 50 gallon gas tank heater replacement with only 1 year labor and 6 year manufactory warranty. Then I called home depot, it was actually more expensive it is > $2000 for electric one and > $2300 for a gas one with 1 year labor and 10 years manufactory warranty. Then I decided to call united plumbing the price is fair $2300(I think I got $300 off for a deal as well) with 6 years labor warranty + 6 years manufactory warranty. So I decided to go with united plumbing since their services is really good due to past experiences. And the job took about 3 hours and the whole installation and communication went really smooth. I believe Bella is the project manager for this project, she answered all my questions in detail, and job is done pretty well.
