Prefacing this with: It was incredibly hard to locate the room this optometry is located in. I was expecting an actual storefront-like center. For newcomers know that you have to enter the union building, get to the second floor, walk left, and search for the name of this center. The no soliciting sign made me think this was a private center, but no, it is not. Once I was in through, it was like your everyday optometry experience. Sign in, give them your information look around. I only came in to buy sunglasses so I did not have to make an appointment; as already had a prescription on hand. Easy as, sending her my prescription, looking for glasses, picking them, & paying for them. My insurance was easily accessible through there so that was easy. I was sent here through my insurance. The lady who helped me was SUPER sweet, genuine, and kind. So surprising to see a human being help me and not a monotone robotic representative. Overall, good experience :)
Eye issues run in my family, so it's important to me to have a great care team. And they have the best team here! They are not only straightforward and knowledgeable but are also genuinely kind and helpful.I have been going here for over 5 years. They are efficient with regular check ups. Whenever I've had issues they've always gone above and beyond.For example, I ran out of contacts before my brother's wedding and new ones weren't going to arrive in time, but they gave a trial pack. Another time I broke my glasses and just stopped in to see if they could take a look at them and they fixed them right then and there.Thank you.
