I want to give a fair review of this business. For starters, Dr. Grand and Dr. Tucker are great. Truly. However, this business does not operate properly. The front office staff routinely shares incorrect information (location of appointments and what office doctors are working from) and are just plain rude. While waiting for my appointment (running considerably behind schedule), several patients went to the front desk to voice their concerns about the above items (made me feel better knowing I wasn’t the only one). WORST SERVICE EVER!Roseville Citizens be AWARE. My eyes have been inflamed for over 10 days, I've been calling this office since to get a prescription refill and still not a beep from them. Every time I called same run arpund. On top of that their billing is always late so if you miss a payment or dont get it in the mail theyre straight sending people to collections. Hopefully they will wake up and realize that this service provider has gone down the drain since DR. WARMERDAM left!

worst eyecare ever I used to see Dr. Wamerdam who retired about a year ago. They have tried to replace her three or four times each time the eye doctor leaves. I'm then sent to Dr. Wilmerith who states he doesn't do eye exams he's Laser happy and was ready to laser my eyes that had no problems. He is retiring then you've got the optical department who can't seem to order the proper glasses and then they have an attitude. There are way too many other places to go to. Besides this one I do not recommend.
