Medical Vision Technology offers a mixed experience. Some patients, like those who saw Roseanna and the ophthalmologist, report thorough and helpful interactions. Others have encountered rudeness and long wait times on the phone. The office's staff at the front desk are often described as polite and efficient, even training new employees. The medical professionals, including Dr. Tucker and techs, are seen as professional and informative in their treatment, with some patients receiving same-day appointments and follow-ups. However, the optician services are reportedly overpriced compared to other providers.
The office and administrative staff leaves something to be desired. I was made to stand at the desk for fifteen minutes in front of everyone until reception figured out an outstanding billing issue—loudly. Then was made to pay $60 even though I’ve never had a copay anywhere else before. I was told I couldn’t be seen unless I paid that right then. The following week I came in for my eye exam and they told me they moved my appointment from 9 to 11, sorry no one called me. I drove from 40 minutes away and couldn’t sit for two hours.
Dr Grand is the best! I have IIH and he was very helpful in communicating with my Neurologist and instrumental in having my stent placed. Because of him I am living a better life without constant headaches and vertigo. I highly recommend him!
Dr Rojas is a wonderful doctor who listens, guides patient and cares about my needs. I feel fortunate to have worked with her directly on my eye surgery for cataracts. Thanks Dr. Rojas!
