I walked in without an appointment and even though the lobby was full of people, I was seen withing 35 minutes; just like the receptionist guesstimated. Dr Geanacou is a wonderful doctor! She ordered tests and took the time to call me at 8:45 pm to give me the results. I wish she could be my primary care doctor. She is a caring and exceptional doctor!
The doctor on for that day was great. He was kind, patient and didn’t rush. He took time to explain what he felt was occurring with my daughter. There was an MA who was amazing with my daughter as well. You can tell she really cares. The waiting room desk clerk wasn’t very helpful. She wasn’t rude or anything but didn’t seem to be interested in being there. My daughter was there for vomiting and she had a vomiting episode while in the waiting room. The front desk clerk didn’t even notice. I cleaned up my daughter the best I could. Luckily I brought my own vomit bag for her but I missed some and the vomitus fell into the chair. I injured both legs in a fall and needed urgent wound care. I was seen just a few minutes after I arrived and saw Dr. Halasa. She examined the wounds and called for a nurse to clean and dress the wounds. A second RN came in to help. Both of them were incredibly professional, knowlwedgeable and also very friendly. Their names were Heather and Virginia. Kudos to them and thank you!
