I tried them out so you don't have to. Better off trying somewhere else. Great customer service and very responsive but I was pretty disappointed with the service. I purchased 3 hours of deep cleaning in a downstairs area and no bedrooms to make sure the common areas really got cleaned. It was as if I cleaned it myself lol. I was hoping for a deep clean but it was pretty bad unfortunately for 3 hours.

I recently purchased my first home and needed a move out clean for my previous rental house on short notice. I received a few quotes via Yelp and also called a few companies using internet searches as well. Unfortunately, the companies I received responses from either did not have availability or the pricing I received were higher than I was looking to spend. Thankfully Sunny Maids was not only available, but they also had the best pricing as well! My cleaner, Julianna, arrived just a few minutes after the specified arrival time and got to work promptly after I did a walkthrough with her. Despite doing the entire service alone, she was finished in 8 hours and the house looked great! I am so glad Sunny Maids was able to help me out!

I could not be more displeased with this service. I made an appointment for a team of maids to come do a move-out clean of the house my family just moved out of. They said it should take about a day with two people. When the maids came, they took pictures of our place and sent to the referral service saying that it would take more than two people and 3 - 4 days to clean. I tried to negotiate on the type of clean so that maybe they could not do a deep clean, but a lighter clean. But then the maids just left and refused to do anything. This was one thing I was hoping to get off of our plate with the move. But now my Partner has to miss his eldest son's graduation so that we can go clean the house ourselves. I will NEVER be coming back and I will caution others of ever using this service. So unprofessional.
