The reason for two stars instead of one is because the stylist's are pretty good at this place, but the Sport Clips franchise uses an automated appointment and check in system which is full of problems and works inconsistently. When it works, it's great. But when it doesn't, it will be a big waste of your time. Over the past few years going to Sport Clips, this system has been problematic and they still haven't fixed it.If you're time is valuable, you should consider going somewhere else. There are better places for the same or less money that have excellent stylists and service, and without the guessing game you have at Sport Clips. I’ll keep it at this.If a customer tells you that they are uncomfortable with you proceeding with a haircut DO NOT try and force yourself on them because you are too scared to ask for help.Service: Haircut

Very happy the wait times were next to nothing thanks to online checkin. The haircut was very every bit of 5 stars good too. However, one stylist (not ours) , who was obviously having a tough day really ruined the experience for us. Her rant -no joke or exaggeration - talking about regretting not aborting her living child via coat hanger or clinic in front of my little kids was totally unacceptable. Our stylist obviously couldn't help that her colleague was saying this stuff to her.
