All the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I get very specific customized therapies and exercise exercises that have proven very helpful. Each visit they modify to meet my progress so I feel that they are the most effective physical therapy program I've had! Highly recommend them.
Very kind, caring, attentive, and professional trainers and staff. I love their training equipment. If you need physical therapy, I highly recommend Spine & Sports Physical Therapy located in El Centro, CA across Church's Chicken.
This place is amazing! The entire staff are friendly, kind, super knowledgeable, and so helpful! Got my neck back to feeling all better! The stretches and exercises they teach, are commonly done with items most can find around their own homes. The workout app tracks ur list of exercises and can even show u how to do them properly. Jason was my therapist, and working with him has been so beneficial and a joy! Thank u Spine and Sport team!!!
