This place is amazing! The entire staff are friendly, kind, super knowledgeable, and so helpful! Got my neck back to feeling all better! The stretches and exercises they teach, are commonly done with items most can find around their own homes. The workout app tracks ur list of exercises and can even show u how to do them properly. Jason was my therapist, and working with him has been so beneficial and a joy! Thank u Spine and Sport team!!!

The training to build strength in my legs was excellent. Scott my trainer was excellent as well as his staff. They are patient & take time to see the things in your life that impede your legs & to work on the weaknesses. I recommend this risk fall therapy to people with balance issues.
