We are very happy with the outcome of the work done by Shear Perfection on our east Roseville yard. We had new plantings and sod installed in the front yard and a large area of drip plantings and mulch completed in the back yard. The crew, headed by Romeo, was very hard working and were able to complete a large job in a reasonable time. The crew was neat and left the premises cleaned up at the end of each day. Chad was very helpful in assisting with the design, working around some larger shrubs we wanted to keep and assisting us with the choice of plants as well as answering our multitude of questions. I just had Shear Perfection complete a major backyard renovation — drainage, irrigation, concrete, retaining wall, flagstone, turf, the works — and I cannot recommend Chad and his crew highly enough.
I'm a 100% disabled veteran, and military standards are baked into how I evaluate people and work. Chad exceeded those standards from day one. He showed up when he said he would, communicated every step of the way, and never once said 'no' when I had a question or a tweak. He just made it happen. We had an outstanding experience working with Chad and his team. They removed our 30-year-old concrete patio and a very large tree, then beautifully replaced everything with new integrally colored stamped concrete and a new shade structure. The finished result completely transformed our space and looks fantastic.
What impressed me most was how professionally they handled the unexpected issues that came up during demolition. They consistently paused to consult with me about any needed modifications and made sure I was comfortable with each decision. I would honestly call Chad and his crew the “Pivot Masters.”
