I had my hair highlighted, cut, colored, and styled by Racquel 2 weeks ago. My hair still looks fabulous! I am getting tons of compliments on the work that she did :-) I highly recommend her if you are looking for a change of pace with your style. I went from having long hair that had grown out a previous coloring job to a sleek highlighted red bob - quite a change and it could have gone badly. She counseled me on what would be a good length for my face and lifestyle (I don't do fussy hair!), and made sure to get the color just right and everything turned out perfectly :)

I have been getting the Brazilian treatment with racquel for a few years now and she's really the best at it. She is very thorough, and takes a lot of effort to flat iron my super curly hair. The result is beautifully relaxed waves and it lasts a good 3-4 months. She's also much more reasonably priced than other salons. Overall, I wouldn't go anywhere else for a Brazilian blowout.

I was so happy with my Hair! I just moved to Roseville from the Bay Area few months ago and now looking for a place to get my hair done. One day I went to the Post office and saw this lady with a very beautiful haircut and really nice hilights and asked her where she got it done and she told me to go to Salon Capelli and look for Belle. So I made an appointment with Belle, went to her Salon and explained to her how I wanted my hair done. For color, cut and hilights, I'm surprised she finished it in 2 hours!
