Roseville Strength and Conditioning is a fitness studio owned and operated by Casey Wilson, a professional fitness trainer with over 19 years of experience. Born and raised in Northern California, Casey has been a resident of Roseville since 2003. He has completed multiple training certifications, including the NASM as a fitness trainer and sports performance specialist, as well as a Sports Performance Coach by USA Weight Training. Casey draws on his experiences and knowledge of scientific training, sports training, martial arts training, and military-style training to design dynamic workouts for his clients. Clients praise Casey's ability to push them to achieve their fitness goals, with one client losing over 60 pounds and keeping it off. They appreciate the privacy of the gym and Casey's friendly demeanor, which makes the workouts enjoyable. Clients with previous injuries, such as torn ACLs, have also found success in working with Casey to become the best versions of themselves, both physically and mentally.
