We requested an HVAC inspection and report from Super Brothers. The receptionist told me it would cost $495. I asked for inspection details and the list of items that would be inspected sounded thorough. The technician spent only about 20 min looking at the HVAC system, not even performing most of the checks I was told would be included by the receptionist. The “report” was pathetic. It consisted of a paragraph on cooling and another on heating, each was about 80 words, with no mention of any costs to repair the few issues that were found. The report even said only a “limited visual inspection” was performed. I got a shoddy inspection and report for my money. When I asked for reimbursement or re-inspection, I was told the owner might come to re-inspect. But then it turned out it was just going to be another technician and it was too late anyway. I’ll never hire this contractor again.

I worked with Super Brothers to replace and upgrade my HVAC system in my home. This is the second time I have worked with them on a home improvement project and they continue to provide excellent service and work to give me and my family a fair price on parts and services. The team got our project scheduled within a week of our initial estimate project. The technicians who completed the work were on time and worked quickly to get the job done so there was little to no inconvenience for my household. They made sure to protect the floors with floor coverings and wore shoe covers when necessary. The technicians were polite, professional, and answered any questions we had.
This was a two day project that included a two man team working to remove our old heating system from the attic in pieces due to small access point and the old air conditioning unit from our back yard. They also had to upgrade our electrical panel and add new switches to accommodate the voltage of the new HVAC units.
UNIT DETAILS: We chose the Bosch 3 Ton 19 SEER2 Variable Speed Heat Pump Unit. Our estimate for work included: - Equipment delivery and Installation - Removal of the old system and refrigerant disposal - Pull out disconnect with whip - Condenser AC Pad - Installation of the new Bosch thermostat - New refrigerant lines and pipe cover if needed - All electrical connections for the HVAC System - New electrical fusible box and new breaker - New high-voltage wire to the AC unit - New Emergency drain pan with emergency cutoff switch - New P-Trap with secondary cutoff switch - Set up the new Thermostat Settings - Start-up and testing system performance - Title 24 & Hers Test performed by a third-party company ensures compliance with energy efficiency standards by verifying the proper installation and function of energy-related features. - Permit and Inspection from City or County. After completing the job, a building inspector will inspect - As well as 10-year warranty on equipment and 3-year warranty on Labor with the company.

Super Brothers came out to diagnose and replace a failed part in my heat pump hot water heater. From the time I called to a tech at my door was - no exaggeration - a little over three hours. Michael diagnosed the issue, spoke to tech support on my behalf, and assisted in getting the parts ordered. When the parts arrived, Karen was able to get me scheduled for the next business day, and the tech installed the parts quickly and correctly. These folks are pros with excellent customer service, and they ALWAYS carry booties to protect my home.

We have an older home and have used their service twice already, to purchase and install a new HVAC and a main sewage line. We are now needing an estimate for a bathroom remodel and flooring. There's actually no other company I'd rather call on for these jobs. I wish them much success!
