Dr. Chima, recommended to me by my fiancee, has truly been a remarkable healthcare provider. From the moment I started seeing him, I've been impressed by his dedication and genuine concern for my well-being. Dealing with migraines throughout my life has been challenging, but Dr. Chima's attentive approach and willingness to listen have made a world of difference. His expertise and thoughtful treatment plan have not only relieved my symptoms but have also given me a renewed sense of hope and comfort in managing my health. I am grateful for his support and highly recommend him to anyone seeking compassionate and effective medical care.

I have seen Dr Harris a few times and his dismissive attitude towards my concerns is making me switch doctors. When going in a few days ago for a yearly physical and noticing my weight has decrease said, 'Well, your husband must be happy.' So my husband is only happy if I am thinner? Who says that to a patient?! Completely unprofessional. Then when I asked for an explanation about a comment he made on tests I had completed, responded with, 'If I had 30 minutes to explain it, I would, but basically you aren't in your twenties anymore.' Any questions or concerns, were met with some type of basic dismissive 'you are old' response without any clarity. A dismissive attitude with zero follow up might have been great in the 50's but the times have changed.

Dr Harris is so kind and patient and really takes the time to explain everything. He has brought my diabetes down so much so I can live longer. Michelle Pharmacist is wonderful. The front desk people are amazing.

I was referred to this doctor by another one whom I trust and admire but so far my experience has been terrible time after time after time. Their communication, follow through, professionalism and recordkeeping is garbage. They don't respond to doctors or nurses either and it's incredibly frustrating not being able to get any type of communication. Save yourself the hassle and skip this practice.

This office is run horribly. Aside from my positive experience with the Sports Medicine Physician, everything has been chaotic. This includes long waits for referrals (that were suggested by the provider) and return calls. I got routine labs done, with zero follow up and it's been months, one of the items is out of range and requires medication. I don't have more than a couple simple medical issues, I can't imagine being a patient here with complex problems. What a train wreck. Time for a new Office Manager or something. Front desk is rude upon all my visits, when you call they are quick to forward you to someone's voicemail. Absolutely poor patient care.

After years as a patient at Rocklin Family Practice & Sports Medicine we left for a better more attentive doctor's office where we are able to see a doctor, not a physician's assistant. The reason for the exodus from RFP&SM is because of the lack of quality medical care I received earlier this year. I was the sickest I had been in my adult life and went in to be seen. What happened instead was I was made to swap my OWN throat ..... in the parking lot! The staff have a morbid fear of covid (I did not have covid nor covid symptoms) which has them seeing patients in their cars in the parking lot to "keep the staff safe." This practice of "medical care" is completely unacceptable.

Love my doctor there, hate the process to see him. 6 week wait to see my PCP unless I can come in at 0815? What's the point of having a great doctor if I can't get in to see him? May have to move on

My experience with Rocklin Family Practice has not been pleasant from day one. The staff is rude, disrespectful, inconsiderate, unprofessional and prejudiced. Despite the doctor's assurance staff never bother to call back or follow up. Office managers are of no help either. When I called the last time I was told by Cynthia not once not twice but four times that I have a very heavy accent to understand. My previous patient experiences were entirely different. The people were incredibly professional, empathetic, considerate and always willing to help. On My previous visit to the clinic, Whitney, the medical assistant, walked in with a chip on her shoulder. There was no greeting, no smile, no introduction by her. She was rude, Condescending, and arrogant from the moment she walked in. Right off the bat, in an aggressive tone, she said "I am giving you three words, and you have to remember those, "and then she leaves. She came back shortly and in a peremptory way, asked me ,"what were the three words I just gave you." I was confused as to how these questions were relevant to my appointment so I questioned her how it aligns my appointment.? She just ignored me, did not bother to answer and ordered, "just do it." She was intimidating, and made me very uncomfortable. I just wanted to excuse myself so I just said, "I don't remember." In a disgusting tone, she said, " You forgot already?". I thought that would be the end of it and she would just leave. But ,NO, she was not done harassing, disrespecting and humiliating me. She gave me a piece of paper and a pen and in a derogatory tone, said to me "draw a picture of a clock showing ten to one." I tried to avoid it by saying that I don't know how to? She started stressing me by standing too close to me, forcing a pen into my hand, ordering me to draw a circle. I drew a circle but she compelled me to draw hands in the circle showing ten to one. So, just to get her off my back I drew a circle and wrote some numbers in it so she would leave. I would have left but Dr. Roe just walked in right after. He discussed my MRI results and gave me some Referrals and new prescriptions. There was no physical exam of any body parts except for my eyes. After Dr. Roe left, Whitney came back again. I questioned her,If she was doing some kind of mental evaluation on me? She agreed hesitantly and said," yes, as she was caught off guard. She tried to justify it by saying ,"this is all part of medicare." I was very upset and told her that I have been on medicare for a while and it has never been like this before and will do some research into that. At that, she quickly left the room. I kept waiting for her to finish the paperwork, while she was sitting and chatting at the nursing station. I am diabetic plus fasting for my Lab work, and was feeling weak and shaky, so after a good 30-35 minutes I decided to leave. She saw me leaving, and came back yelling,"you can't leave without finishing up the paperwork". She tried to block me by standing in front of me, and moving side to side to stop leaving me. All this was very traumatic for me and I knew I WAS NEVER COMING BACK to this clinic ever again so I just left. While I was leaving she yelled, "you are very rude" I HAVE NEVER FELT BE SO HUMILIATED DEGRADED AND BELITTLED in my life but AS BY HER. My family and friends were appalled to hear this incident. When my daughter called the office manager, she started playing the blame game defending Whitney and stating "MEDICARE REQUIRES IT." I called the Medicare and was told , "NO, MENTAL EVALUATION REQUIRED DURING WELLNESS EXAM." Miss, Whitney, just a piece of advice to you, If someone has a little accent or they are not one of you, it does not make them any stupid nor does it give you the right to belittle them.Miss Whitney, and the staff just to let you guys know I happen to have two Master's degrees under my belt, Plus I am a licensed real estate agent and a medical assista

Great doctors, but expect to wait about 30 minutes to an hour past your appointment time to be seen. Out of 3 visits, they only saw me on time once. For one they saw me 45 minutes past my appointment time, and for the last visit they didn't see me until an entire hour past my appointment time. Don't make plans within 2-3 hours after your appointment time, because you never know how long you'll be sitting in the room for.
