First time there and I liked it so much I decided to join their program. She listened well and didn’t push anything and took my lifestyle into consideration. I enjoy outdoors and waiting for less Sun exposure would be better. It’s clean and welcoming.

I received my first Sculptra treatment here with Joni and I can’t say enough how stellar my experience was! Everyone at R+H is so kind and professional. I felt welcome the moment I walked in. Joni listened to me and offered her expertise to help me achieve my goals, truly collaborative from start to finish. I had very little swelling (I thought the “swelling” actually looked pretty good!) and absolutely no bruising from the injections, a testament to Joni’s expert technique. I’m so looking forward to my next treatment and to the beautiful results to come!

I have debated writing this review for years, but after recently seeing RH Aesthetic advertising again, I feel compelled to share my experience.
I scheduled a Morpheus8 treatment and waited months for my appointment. Upon arrival, RH Aesthetic drew approximately 100 mL of my blood as part of the planned procedure. Only after drawing my blood was I informed that I was not a candidate for treatment based on an assessment that, in my experience, was inaccurate.
My concern is not that they declined to perform the procedure. Providers should always exercise clinical judgment when appropriate. My concern is that a thorough consultation and candidacy assessment should have occurred before any blood was drawn.
At the time, I was anemic, making the situation even more concerning. Drawing blood and then determining a patient is ineligible for treatment reflects poor screening and questionable clinical workflow. Patients trust medical spas to make these determinations before initiating any part of a procedure.
Since then, I have undergone multiple Morpheus8 treatments elsewhere without issue and was considered an appropriate candidate. While my views on Morpheus8 technology itself have evolved over time, that is separate from this review. The issue is the lack of proper assessment before proceeding with treatment preparation.
This experience left me feeling that patient care and safety were secondary to process and appearance. For that reason, I cannot recommend RH Aesthetic and am leaving a one-star review.
There are many qualified providers who take the time to properly evaluate patients before beginning treatment. I encourage prospective clients to do their research and choose a provider that prioritizes thorough consultation, patient safety, and professional clinical judgment.

This was my first time ever getting Botox, and I had Nurse Joni. She was amazing!! Super informative about my concerns and made me feel completely comfortable. I get anxious about needles because of the pain, but she was so gentle that it didn’t hurt one bit!

I came in last week for Dysport and had an amazing experience. Joni was incredibly knowledgeable and helped me decide between Botox and Dysport, making sure I felt confident in my choice. I recently relocated from San Diego and was searching for a new treatment center—and I found my new home on the first try. What really stood out to me was how Joni took the time to get to know me as a person, not just focus on my aesthetic goals.
We discovered we’re both South Bay Area transplants and had a fun conversation comparing local food to the Bay (Bay wins 😎). We even laughed about how hard it is for me to make a “mad face.”
I’ll absolutely be coming back because of Joni’s professionalism, expertise, and the genuine care she shows her clients. The facility is beautiful, and the location is super convenient as well.
