Huge shoutout to Prime Home Solutions and the amazing team that helped us out—not once, but twice! Over the past six months, we’ve had two service calls and each time everything went perfectly.
Sharonda kept everything running smoothly behind the scenes—she’s a fantastic coordinator and made scheduling so easy. Emilio and Julian were our techs both times and they were awesome—on time, super respectful, and knew exactly what needed to be done. Fixed everything right on the spot!

Although I was not a good candidate for solar, I still want to leave a review. Prime home solutions reached out to me after I entered my information on EnergySage and promptly made an appointment the following day at my request. I was teamed up with Mike who came to my house on time and gave me multiple scenarios to see if I would be a candidate for a solar and battery addition to our home. Instead of a 10 minute visit to say why I was not a good candidate due to many trees surrounding our house, he entertained my ideas of what if I cut down all the trees, which my wife WILL NOT AGREE WITH, Mike still provided detailed assumptions, and the UGLY CONs. I used Prime Home Solutions to install a new Solar system on our home, and they were GREAT!! There sales associate, gave me realistic information on how long it would take, and the procedure. The price of the buying a new system, was less than many other company's i had give a estimate. So yes, use Prime Home Solutions, they are great. I will use them again if and when I add additional panels or battery..
