Dr. Menon and her staff are just wonderful. I feel so supported by her level of care and I love the fact that her staff goes to such great lengths to offer such great customer service. Dr. Menon has gone the extra mile for me so many times to respond quickly, make time for me in a busy schedule and she takes all the time I need to be sure my questions are answered.

Dr Menon is such a sweet and caring woman. I’ve never had a better doctor and i’ve been to dozens. She took the time to look at my past before giving any prescriptions and I really appreciate that.

Terrible in every way. DO NOT USE THEM! Will treat you like a 3rd world person and only interested in making money off you. Really old equipment and very rude reception staff. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere!

If you want to come for very bad service, "unexpected continuously bill", very out-of-date health equipments, diagnosing by "googling" with her cell phone! very old room practices, very unprofessional, this is the place. bad service.

Dr. Menon evaluated me and filled out my prescription slip wrong, so after finding that out when went to give to the pharmacy, they told me the doctor Menon used Raymond Mikelions slip and sighed her name... now here's the part that sucks I have a problem with my spine and was told by Dr. Menon not be on my feet and stay in bed 24hr a day so now I'm here with all this pain, Dr. Mikelions whats me togo there to be evaluated again so he came rite me a correct slip..i don't understand why I have to pay another co-pay and be evaluated for the same thing just so i can have the perception slip filled out correctly with doctor's signature that maches the slip... this place is getting people to pay more money this way and putting patient's through more pain and effort for a perception slip. They also filled out my disability forms incorrect so I had to go back for them fix that also... ....SO IF YOU ARE AN AETNA MEMBER AND THIS YOUR DOCTOR AND YOU HAD BEEN TREATED WRONG BY OVER PAYING PLEASE CALL AETNA AND FILL YOUR COMPLAINT NOW!@!

DO NOT GO HERE!! Worst service, very unprofessional, the receptionist and dr were arguing while myself and other clients were present. She didn't help me, she just prescribed me something and sent me on my way while she took a nice $280 for telling me nothing about my condition. Biggest waste of my time!!

Excellent please, I have one of the best experience in this office with the doctor Mikelionis and also with all the stuff.They care about my health, and one of the things the I love about this Doctor is that He uses a lot of natural methods an example is my thyroid ,any doctor had able to control my problem. After I found Dr Mikelionis He founds the best solution and the right medication.I love this place.Just reading these bad reviews puts me to think that people just want to discredit any place just because they do not give them what they want.
