Great space with friendly coaching staff and welcoming members. I rated 4/5 mainly due to some class management and coaching opportunities: the workout brief was hard to hear over side conversations, equipment setup wasn’t clearly explained, and there weren't any individual cues or safety checks for members that needed them, myself included. That being said, I'd definitely drop in again!

My first time back in a gym in 6 years and I absolutely love it. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The gym is clean and well organized. Great place to work out. Looking forward to being there for a while ❤️

I dropped in at Placer CrossFit while visiting Roseville and was immediately impressed. The gym was clean and well-organized, and the coaching was excellent — clear, attentive, and encouraging. But what really stood out was the community. From the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Even as a drop-in, I felt like part of the crew right away. It’s clear they’ve built something special here. Would absolutely come back next time I’m in town!
