“KIME and Russel Dunning changed my life and saved me from surgery. I came to Russ broken. I had degenerative disks in my lower spine, and spondylolisthesis that CRIPPLED me before I was 40. I couldn’t pick my new born out of her crib standing up. I had several events of excruciating pain that left me trapped on the ground. I was struggling to see myself living like this. Russ worked with me to identify the exact muscle groups I could strengthen to build my back and core up in a way to bring stability to my spine and overcome all of this AVOIDING SURGERY!! I can now lift my 7yo out of bed laterally no problem and I’m able to play and roughhouse with my kids. It was a long road to get here, but I have Russ and KIME to thank for getting me here. I don’t know what my life would be like without them. Having been to other PT groups, I can tell you KIME is different. “I was involved in a Motor Vehicle Accident in January 2024, after numerous visits to a recommended Physical Therapist place by my attorney I stopped going to that place and reached out to Milestone Physical Therapy as I have heard nothing but positive outcomes from people I personally know and trust.

I worked with Ashlen for several weeks, when I arrived I had extremely limited mobility in most activities and had a 5-degree range of emotion turning my head. Fast forward to my last session (which I went for about 8 weeks, one session a week) and I had mobility of about 80 degrees and have since felt a quality of life back into my daily routine.

For context, I wrapped up my sessions in August 2024 and as I write this it is December 2024, and I am still living my best life with no setbacks.
