This past CIM in 2023 I had Matt and I told him about my chronic low back pain stemming from my pelvis. He assessed me and told me that it was most likely due to the way I sleep. He gave me a stretch routine and it has seriously been LIFE CHANGING! I do this stretch every morning before getting out of bed and it has eased all of my daily pain.
