“I was involved in a Motor Vehicle Accident in January 2024, after numerous visits to a recommended Physical Therapist place by my attorney I stopped going to that place and reached out to Milestone Physical Therapy as I have heard nothing but positive outcomes from people I personally know and trust.

I worked with Ashlen for several weeks, when I arrived I had extremely limited mobility in most activities and had a 5-degree range of emotion turning my head. Fast forward to my last session (which I went for about 8 weeks, one session a week) and I had mobility of about 80 degrees and have since felt a quality of life back into my daily routine.

For context, I wrapped up my sessions in August 2024 and as I write this it is December 2024, and I am still living my best life with no setbacks.

Every single individual I have encountered at Milestone Physical Therapy has been extremely friendly, accommodating and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend them.
