I would like to formally recognize and compliment Monette C. Hoburn, NP, in the OB/GYN Discovery department at Kaiser Permanente in Bakersfield. My experience with her was exceptional. She demonstrated a high level of knowledge and wisdom regarding women’s health, including a strong understanding of how medications can affect the female body. She took the time to carefully listen to my concerns and provided thoughtful, informed guidance. What stood out most was her compassionate approach to patient care. This pharmacy staff is very effective and efficient at moving a line out the door and a round the corner. The staff are always nice and kind even when at the end of an obvious busy day. They'deball great people here.
Every time I have been to this location to pick up at the pharmacy the staff have me in and out. They are by far the fastest of all the kaisers in the area. I cant say enough about how wonderful the staff here are. You guys Rock! Thank You for your hard work, dedication and prompt service. Very much appreciated ~
