I was very pleased with his knowledge and experience. He showed up within forty minutes of my call on a Sunday made sure I understood what was going on. Couldn't appreciate him enough.
We called New Flow plumbing to fix a water leak in our commercial building. We are in an old building, and we had water coming out of one of the walls. Because it was a significant leak, they prioritized us, and were at our office within 30 minutes which saved our carpet, walls, electronics... etc. They quickly identified the issue, and fixed it on the spot. I can't explain how great it is to be able to call a company, talk to a REAL person who jumps into solutions mode and fixes your problem. We have called them a number of times since, and the service we have received has been exceptional every single time.

The technician quickly installed two new hose bibbs and corrected the soldered in connections so they could be easily changed later. It was easy to work with the company and I'd use them again.
