On Sunday, 8/17, I had a leaking spout in my tub and thought I could do a DIY. After trying to replace the cartridge, I ran into some issues, resulting in placing a call to New Flow Plumbing. I had previously used their services for a trenchless sewer replacement a few months ago and was so impressed with their professionalism that I called them again for this issue. Vito showed up earlier than promised (yay!) and found the root cause of my issues, far beyond my capabilities. In short, Vito knocked it out of the park, once again. I’ve used new flow several times. Every time they come quickly and do an excellent job. Vito was extremely friendly, thoughtful and knowledgeable. He gave me a fair price and even sourced a vintage part in the matter of 20 mins. 10/10 highly recommend.
Excellent service and prices. Vito came out and had my water flowing in about 15 minutes, after I tried other plumbers that couldn't get the job done, Vito got things done with no problems. Don't waste your money trying other companies that can't get things done, I'd recommend new flow plumbing over anyone else
