Had brown water coming out of our tap due to a failed water heater. Called New Flow at 8:45pm Sunday evening expecting to leave a message but they answered and showed up to my house at 9:20pm. They were at my house the next morning and replaced my hot water heater before lunch. I appreciated them taking the time to explain what they were going to do and why. They were very personable and we'll surely call them again in the future.

Extremely disappointed with this sewer inspection company. They forgot my scheduled appointment entirely, which delayed our escrow process and directly caused us to lose seller credits. In real estate, timing matters, and their lack of organization created financial consequences for us. There was no proactive communication, no accountability, and no urgency to correct the mistake after it happened. I would not trust this company again on a time-sensitive escrow.”

This is my second time using New Flow Plumbing. They have been fantastic to deal with both times and their work is outstanding. Vito is by far the best plumber I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Between the two visits, New Flow has helped me install a Moen Flo water shutoff device, a Kohler Numi 2.0 smart toilet, a Brizo touch faucet, and an RO system for our SubZero fridge. I won't hesitate to use them again in the future.

Our sewer backed up on Easter while we had family in town. The Plummer came out so quickly and found the issue in less than 10 mins. He fixed everything in about 30 mins and was so kind and polite. Highly recommend!
