Crystal is AMAZING! Started going to her a while back and never went back to European wax center or others for waxing services. Will never go back to anyone else! She also has great products and recommendations needed for your skin type. I recommend her to everyone!

Cristal is amazing! I got a Brazilian by her and she pulls all the hairs and makes things comfortable. She talks you through the process and doesn't make things awkward. I'm definitely hoping to try more services from her!!

FIVE stars, YES! I would give Cristal more stars if I could... Cristal is a very good communicator and super patient with the indecisive, busy client (like ME) who can't make up their mind as to when to schedule their appointment. She even sends a text to check in and see if you're needing to come in, which I have found to be super, SUPER helpful. Life gets so busy with events that are much more interesting than getting waxed, but the need to wax still goes on and on... Thank you, Cristal! I appreciate your no-pressure reminders/checking up on me! Cristal is super friendly and easy-going, and makes a point of remembering personal details that her clients share.
