Don't even bother. They cannot find my insurance!! It's funny they never follow up with their new patients... I rather just go back to LensCrafters!! This place is a joke. I only like the Doctor here she's great
Terrible customer service. They Ordered the wrong glasses and then don't even make the moment right. They should be taking care of their customers not pretty much telling them they're SOL because they messed up. Had to wait an extra 2 weeks on top of the two weeks we already waited for glasses!! Ridiculous!
I have been going to the Roseville location for about 5 years now. Up until this last year, I had never had an issue with any of the services I received or with any of the staff. Janet, who used to be the optician was absolutely amazing. She was not only friendly and knowledgeable, but also had a knack for knowing what shapes would go well with your face. She actually picked out several of my frames for me over the years. Well, earlier this year Janet left and they now have a new optician. I have had nothing but problems with this woman since our first encounter. What makes it worse is that I have reached out and complained and asked for management to contact me so I can relay my concerns on several occasions including twice by email, twice by voicemail, and twice by speaking to the receptionist and then relaying my requests TO NO AVAIL. It is extremely disappointing that I have referred so many friends and family members to this establishment only to be treated like I don't matter. The level of unprofessionalism of this optician was mind blowing so to not have management address or even acknowledge my issues and concerns leaves me feeling like seeking care elsewhere.
