Roxanna was amazing!!! The place was really cold, even with the table warmer and hot towles. You need the heater on when it's 49 degrees out. It was an otherwise perfect experience.

I used to go to another ME location but this location always seems to meet or exceed my expectations. I have had great experiences with their massage therapists and estheticians. Highly recommend!

Haven’t had a massage here in years. Customer service is awful- the girl you have working the phones is so incredibly rude. If you don’t like your job, get a new one.

Lyann guest relations was able to fit me in at the very last minute on the same day appointment. 1485 Eureka road location. Owner Mona has the ultimate gift options available. Bought so many Christmas Gifts from the wide variety of gift options available. Felt like I was at a hotel gift store. Posing by the beautiful decorated Christmas Tree. This Massage envy had the best Obagi, Marini, and PCA Skin Products. My ultimate favorite gift were these Ultra cute Sets of Sage and sage holder. Also, essential oils. Bought so many Christmas gifts. Loving all of the gift options. Thank you Massage Envy Roseville.

I haven’t been back to massage envy in a few years but I received a gift card so I used it. The massage therapist was a nice gentleman, however, he dozed off about 6 times while giving me the massage. I was underwhelmed by the service and when I told the gals at the front desk they just giggled. For a non member price of $130 it is definitely not worth the money.

This Massage Envy location does not participate in the intro rates. I wasn't told until after my massage and was charged 50$ more than I was quoted when I booked my appointment. I've tried emailing customer service four times, it's been over a month now and no one has contacted me back. The massage was great, but the business practice is lacking in transparency and honesty. I will not be returning to this location.

This place is absolutely ridiculous. The reviews DO NOT lie. They cancelled on me LAST MINUTE multiple days in a row. The would re-scheduled me with a new person each time and still cancel. Save your money and your time and go somewhere else!!! I wish I could give this place zero stars but it makes you select something!!

Highly recommend - have been coming here for over 6 years. This one is owned by a single owner who owns just this one salon rather than the others locally who are owned by corporate overlords. Amy has been there since the beginning and she is my favorite - very experienced and professional.
