I showed up 30 minutes early because they said there might be pre-lab things. It turned out there were not. After checking in at the automated kiosk, my wait to see a receptionist was only five minutes, and maybe 10 minutes after that before I was seen by a tech to draw my blood. I didn't even feel it and I know he took four vials. Excellent job Kaiser!
Brand new building, very nice! lots of parking, designed well. Bathroom and elevator right across from the other. Friendly staff, pharmacy setup well for patients to be helped in a timely manner. Easy access from E.Bidwell and Hwy. 50.
One thing that has changed from the old days is there is more parking. Came here for a doctor visit and to get blood work. It was easy to make an appointment and the doctor was only a few minutes late for the appointment. The check in staff and the doctor were friendly and helpful. Took the time to listen. When going for tests, it is automated check in so you get a number. Depending on the time of day the check in went quickly and only had to wait about 10 minutes for bloodwork.
