I appreciate seeing the fellow coaches taking classes along with members and support each other in their perspective sessions. So appreciate the way Coach Sarah instilling such positivity in her class -- giving you that extra dose of endurance to finish the class strong! I have been taking classes at instaphysique Roseville for about a year and a half and absolutely love it. The classes are hard, but great and the studio has such a nice open, clean and energetic feel. Sarah is the main instructor I've taken classes with and she's amazing! Her energy, patience and enthusiasm really gets you going and keeps you motivated through-out class. I also want to shout out to the other amazing instructors I’ve taken classes with - Kristen, Roselyn, Liz, Marissa and Kayla! They’re all great!

This was my first time ever going to an InstaPhysique class and it was amazing! The instructor, Marisa, was so kind and encouraging throughout the class and the other ladies there were helpful too. Such a fun but tough workout!
