Our lock actuator on our Andersen door broke. Andersen said they couldn’t get the part to us for 5 days, and it would be about $20. I called Homewood and Jeff was incredibly helpful, and provided the part within minutes. Highly recommend them for their superior customer service!

Stu was extremely helpful and educational. I didn't know a thing about doors and he was so patient with me as to explain everything so I fully understood. Great customer service! Love it

very knowledgeable staff. if you need any lumber, you can drive through the yard and the employees will help you load it up! they are happy to help, unlike other yards where i feel like a bothersome pest
