Personally, my go to spot for relaxing. Massage with hot stones and overall just to relax. Chill for a good hour of actually nice massage with ambient music. Just nice place to take care of yourself.
Always great massages here. I am not a fan of light massage given at typical overpriced studios such as massage heights or massage envy. They will really get into the deep tissue here to resolve pain. Coco helped resolve my shoulder in one day, pain that usually takes several massages to work out. A little sore after, but worth it. Range of motion greatly increased. Membership is worth it to save money if you are attending regularly.
Best massage I ever had and the most professional! CeCe did my massage, she was great! I came from across the parking lot after a massage that left me quite a bit dissatisfied and paid twice the price, so I went in to happy day spa to add more massage to feel completed. I wished I’d spent my 90 minutes here! Happy day spa is an appropriate name for them because you’ll feel very happy with your service! So relaxed!
