She's a master of placement -- it's always natural, dimensional, and perfectly tailored to my hair. That's make-or-break when maintaining a bright, cool blonde, and going MONTHS between services. What really sets her apart is that she's just as skilled with blondes as she is with brunettes (a rare combo!). I've been both, and she's absolutely nailed it every time. Most importantly, she somehow gets that cool blonde tone without frying your hair. After switching back to her, I was finally able to grow my hair out while keeping the tone bright. No brassy blonde!
