About Good Hand
Good Hand offers convenient walk-in massage services with no appointment needed. Customers praise the excellent service, good prices, and the availability of plenty of staff. The location accepts Apple Pay, making payments easy. Some customers have found the massage experience to be intense, especially regarding pressure and type of massage, and communication can be challenging due to a language barrier. The ambience is quiet and clean, and the staff listens carefully to any directions given, especially for those with specific health needs. The massage beds can be hard, but some appreciate the added feature of hot stones. Customers suggest simplifying the billing process by presenting a single total. Overall, many find the service reliable and suitable for regular visits, especially for those with health concerns.

I had Joe, who made sure to ask if everything was OK, and I pointed to my sore spots on my back. He shifted gears and started focusing exactly where I needed relief.

Dear Owner
I've been a customer for over 10 years, but unfortunately, long-time staff members treat customers poorly. They show a bad attitude, especially during 40-minute massages, through their breathing, body language, and by speaking negatively in their language about others. This issue has persisted for too long—please consider hiring better managers or retraining your current staff. Do better please
