Amanda consistently delivers a quality massage. She’s been working on me for years and it’s never the same routine. She listens to my concerns and by the end of the session, everything feels addressed and nourished. I honestly don’t think I have ever been more relaxed. Had another excellent experience at Free Spirit Massage. The new location at Saren is beautiful. Amanda is very knowledgeable and always checks in to make sure the pressure she's using works for me. I left feeling so much better.

Amanda is on point! I regularly get massages so I feel like I am good judge in this arena. A friend of my was raving about her so I had to check it out for myself. I have chronic neck and back issues and sometimes my neck locks up and unfortunately for the past 3 weeks I was experiencing the locked/stiff neck issue once again. I had gone to another masseuse AND the chiropractor without much relief. Holy smack just after one session with Amanda I had full rotation and was virtually pain free. I live in Sac, she is worth the drive to Roseville!

I received a gift card for this magical place; the best massage I ever had. Thank you, Amanda! She took her time and focused on the knots the gave me the most pain. Even days after my massage I felt residual relief from those trouble areas. I highly recommend!

I’ve gone to many different places to get a massage over the years, but this time was different. I’d broken many bones in my foot and ankle. Amanda was able to work on a lot of scar tissue, and my swelling is down significantly for the first time in over a year. I definitely will be back!
