I had a perfect experience with this company!! Evryone on the team is awesome, from the salesman to the installers. Communication is very important to me and they were very good at keeping me informed throughout the process. We got new flooring throughout the house, getting rid of the old tile and carpet. The product we went with was the waterproof Gaia Red Series SPC for the living areas and bedrooms, and tile in the bathrooms. Cannot say enough good things about Ivan and his crew!
I really can’t say enough great things about Euro Flooring. Upon initial contact, Max was responsive in getting an in-home estimate scheduled right away. He arrived with LVP floor samples after I shared with him my vision of the look I was going for. I wanted a lot of color variation and this was hard to gauge by looking at the samples, but he assured me one specific floor would deliver what I was looking for. Through the course of our home remodel project, we experienced multiple delays due to COVID supply shortages. As a result, we had to move our tentative floor install date a number of times. Max patiently worked with us on timing as well as change orders and was always accommodating. Once Euro Flooring began their work, we were extremely impressed by the team’s level of skill and precision. Our subfloors were a mess and required significant prep work and leveling, but everything turned our beautifully. The floors and baseboards (which Euro Flooring also installed) look fantastic. Also, Max’s floor sample recommendation worked out great - once installed, the look was exactly what I had envisioned. I would not hesitate to recommend Euro Flooring to friends and family. They are super responsive, professional, and skilled. Euro Flooring’s prices are some of the best we were able to find. Plus, they are a local family-owned business that truly take pride in their craft.
They had our floors done quickly, professionally, and without breaking the bank. Ivan and Max were very easy to work with and did everything I requested.
