I had a property in Cameron Park under financial hardship. The property had two squatters and another tenant who refused to leave. I spoke to so many agents with different selling models, but I chose Darren because of his knowledge and integrity.
One of our squatters was schizophrenic and would often walk around in his underwear, spreading lies and scaring buyers away. That tenant got code enforcement involved, which led to unexpected violations.

Darren is amazing. He was always available, communicative and went the extra mile in all aspects of our transaction. If there was a higher rating than 5 stars I would have given him more. Darren Brown is the best!
