We recently met with The Key for home care services and were very impressed with their overall professionalism. Their representative, Tiffany Phillips, arrived on time, conducted herself with politeness and respect, and took the time to answer our questions thoroughly.
Although we ultimately chose to move forward with another agency that was a better fit for our specific needs, our experience with The Key was entirely positive. Their team demonstrated a high level of care and professionalism throughout the process.
The Key made setting up companion care for my mother easy and personal. Kymberly from The Key conducted a thoughtful intake interview and matched her with a caregiver who has been an excellent fit. The regular visits and help getting out for errands and activities have made a real difference in my mother's quality of life. Highly recommend for families looking for trustworthy and supportive companion care.
This review is long overdue. We needed immediate, reliable help, and The Key saved our family. They set up care quickly, and our caregivers were professional and genuinely compassionate. Our mom was able to stay in her home until the end. Our care liaison Carly was responsive to all of our needs and the supporting staff was great as well. I have told friends to give them a call if the need arises because they will not disappoint!
