Good pricingGreat serviceReasonable wait for alterations to be completed (although I bet they will do rush orders upon request? )I took 5 pairs of jeans in to be altered, and they pointed them perfectly and finished within a few days.I have gone to several other places and had jeans altered only to find they a little too short and would catch inside the back of my shoe even after I asked they not be hemmed too short. I've been coming here for a long time and this is a long overdue review. First, it's very clear that this is a hard working family run business. You will see everyone focused on their various tasks and when you give them your garment they will review in depth what you need to have done. The best part is that when you return to pick it up everything you hoped to get done has been done thoroughly and professionally. They have saved so many of my clothes that I otherwise would have thought hopeless. Their charges are always reasonable and friendly. When you leave expect everyone to say goodbye! I love this place and I'll be a customer for life.

I cannot recommend this place enough. The only way to explain what they can do is “magic”. I lost quite a bit of weight, my wedding dress was noticeably too large and wayyyy too long. I was so anxious because the dress is covered in beading and intricate lace, how can this be done in the first place and without totally breaking the bank?? Countess had the answer. I gave them a baggy mess, and they returned a dress that was far beyond my dreams. Not one detail was lost, I’m still amazed.
