I have not had a service done here but I can say that their customer service is amazing. I called 4 other places to get a quote or information to see if they could clean my brand name handbag. I spilled coffee in it sadly and even the brands company would not clean my product. Omg let me just say all of those other dry cleaning places lacked in customer service, were rude that I didn't know a handbag cleaning was not a regular thing, and simply hung up on me abruptly. So freaking rude I could not fathom how anyone ever gives them their business and that they are still in business. This is not the closest dry cleaner to me by any stretch, but I decided to go here based on the reviews. (Frankly the bad ones confuse me as I find everyone there so pleasant). Anyway, in addition to doing a great job quickly, the are very friendly. Cindy the owner was especially helpful. I came in with a down jacket and she said I would be better off washing it myself and told me exactly how. It was also missing a button and she kindly sewed it on forme at no charge while I waited.

Go here.Friendly old-fashioned customer service.Good prices. Great value. Attendant went out of her way to help me, and even carried an additioanl item to my car for me as I have gait issue.I felt welcome.Go here.
