The club was clean and didnt smell like cleaning chemicals. I took an Intro class, about 30 minutes. Jen lead an informative and insightful class, going thru each part of the equipment while teaching some of the basics. Jen was able to answer all questions we had as well as the various classes.The Manager Amy was able to explain options to continue with classes. I'll be back for sure!

I love CPBO. The studio is always neat and clean, the classes are great as are the instructors and reception staff. Blue Oaks is my home studio, however my membership allows me to attend classes nearby in Lincoln and Rocklin. I never have issue enrolling. I'm on my way to 250 classes and my back thanks me every day for strengthening my core. Highly recommend CP!

It's pricey, but it's a fun experience at Club Pilates! After 4 or 5 months, I was able to fit into my wedding dress with no alterations. Great results! My mobility has improved and I'm much stronger as well.
