Club Pilates is awesome.I gave up originally at another studio, but the instructors and Taylor gave me the motivation to keep going. The instructors are awesome especially Valerie and Bernadette. If I can do it anyone can!!

Absolutely love this studio and instructors!! Valerie is extremely knowledgeable, modifies the practice for injuries/limitations, and provides options to make the practice more challenging. I started Pilates in June of 2024 and am now enjoying level 2 classes. I have had a huge improvement in my upper body strength since starting this practice. I feel lean, strong and more sculpted doing Pilates than strength training at the gym. The management at Roseville is communicative and kind. The studio is always clean and well kept. I attend five different club Pilates locations in Sacramento area and this by far is my favorite location! Highly recommend trying out club Pilates... read full review

I love this club, everyone is so nice and you can always work at your own pace, I took an intro class with my best friend about a month ago and ever since then I've been hooked!!
