They never disappoint! I have been going here since we moved from the Bay Area to Rocklin. I saw this place during my maternity leave back in 2019. They still use stamp cards which is awesome because a lot of places, whether it be a food place or self-care place, don't really use them anymore since the pandemic started. Anyway, I finally was able to sneak a mommy day in after many many months and finally used my free threading. They are gentle and very attentive to your needs.

I don't understand the bad reviews. I just got my brows done a couple of days ago here at Cleopatra. She was very personable and professional, very nice lady. She did exactly what she said she would do to my brows. Mine are obviously in the beginning stages of the healing process, so they are dark right now. But they will be ombré later. I really loved the process!

Walked in and only waited about 5 minutes with no appointment. Very clean and comfortable setting. The woman who did mine was fast, clean, confident and kind. She was very sweet and did an amazing job. I haven't been to this place before and I was a tad nervous to get my eye brows done in a mall.... but it was amazing and I will for sure be going back. They have a stamp card too!!
